Payments/Direct debits.

Question for owners on terrazas.?

Can anyone tell me every tax/hidden charges  on terrazas/murcia/Spain, I'll list below what I think,  i just don't want to get caught out years down line for some hidden tax that I have missed. Can everything be paid by direct debit I just want to put a lump sum in my Spanish account and not worry about it again for a year.

Community fees ( obvious payed quarterly)

Non residents tax

Inheritance tax (an owner on le torre told me about this last year)

Utility bills (electric &  water )  

Insurances

Added 

Council Tax

Phone & internet

Is there anything I have wrong, I'm sure I'll have missed some as well but I'm doing this from memory.

Add to your list Council Tax payable at Torre Pachecco Town Hall.

In addition to community fees allow also for TV and internet

Non resident  tax is payable whether you have any income from the property or not., if you let the property then there is  tax on income generated

If you become resident  (183 days plus) then you have  to  declare world wide assets (and possibly be taxed on them)

I cant think of anything else, but I am sure the Spanish government will be able.
