At last we have secured a room for the Zumba classes.
This new room is on the top floor of the Commercial Centre (the Sales Office). We have arranged for the Zumba Classes to be every Thursday evening, beginning Thursday 7th February at 18.00hrs and then the same time each week. Please make sure you bring water with you and wear Trainers and comfortable clothing. Please also DO NOT go in through the Sales Office itself, the door along from the main door, will be open for us.
The actual classes will be called Dance Fitness, and will incorporate Aerobics, Zumba and Latin. The cost will be 4 euros per person per session.
So, if you would like to join us for some exercise classes, to keep fit, meet other ladies and hopefully have a bit of fun, then please do, we will be pleased to see you.
