Any idea what the current price range is for a 2b, 2b property? Thinking about selling but not so sure timing is good. Any sales agents please pm me.

Hi - was a furnished one sold recently on phase 1 advertised for €85k not sure what the sale price actually was.

Currently have mine up for sale for about 10 months and there's been some viewings but no bids
