We are seriously thinking of buying on senorio de roda but are concerned about legal issues we read about related to phase 3, is anyone aware if this has been resolved and wether it is now legal and safe to buy. Thank you.

i have owned a town house on roda for seven years and am not aware of any problems 

also tthere are some real bargains about now
