RYANAIR LATEST CON

Is this ryanairs latest con to get at least £10 per person per trip. you can not chech in online

if you are away for more than 7 days without paying for pre booked seats EACH WAY

this should be illegale i have just tried and you can not get your outgoing tickets without

 buying pre booked seats for your return trip

Has anyone had any luckk in receiving a ryan air cash passport .                   

I have made several attempts to fill in the application online and have failed.

  Icontacted the help line and was told their was an issue with firefox and to try 

again useing internet explorer or google chrome, i did it failed again

As any one else had a problem could it be another ryanair trick
