Bought an apartment La mirada II, phase 2 block 4

Hello

I've just bought an apartment at La mirada II, phase 2 block 4. Can anyone help me with some information.

1. is their an owners website - I found one but the link does not work.

2. I can find some information about block 1,2, and 3 on tis community, but not not block 4.

It's the first time we buy apartment in spain, is their anything we should be aware of?

I'm Philippe from app 3.2C bloque 2 ,la mirada II.

Their is a Pigeon (birds)problem!

If you stay away for a long time birds will life in your washingroom!

Be carefull for that and place a net(fence)

Yes we had those also although ours were starlings getting down the chimney until we fixed mesh over the top externally
