Have you informed the administrator Mileniun levante you now are the owner of your apartment.
If not you should do so ASAP on: infocondado@mileniun-levante.es
They will then register you as the owners for community administration purposes and include you in the weekly update sent out on Fridays and also provide you with any other important updates.
If you have already done the above then email them on: infocondado@mileniun-levante.es and ask them to include you in the weekly email and ask for the link so you can register for the community web site.
