I am 60 this year am looking to buy at Hacienda Riquelme how far to nearest town and is it worth it ant advice greatly appreciated

The best thing you can do is to rent another apartment there for a week and see for yourself.  Sucina is the nearest small town (very nice). Its about 6 minutes by car (car essential)
