Myself (Steve) and Katie will be moving over to Cerrado Del Aguila permanently, once the occupation license has been granted.
We have been in regular touch with our solicitor who informs us that the end of March is still a likely date. It's nice to hear that Jan and Steve's thread appears to be roughly in agreement.
For any of you who are buying to let, or using the apartments as holiday homes and would like to rent them out for the times they are unoccupied, Katie and I may be in a position to assist. My mother lives in Fuengirola and has twenty years experience of apartment rental (she has up to ten apartments available - a selection can be viewed on: http://www.click4holidayhomes.com/ - property numbers 6902 and 6790). We will be assisting her in the business, and will be looking for additional properties to rent out.
