Having celebrated my 50th birthday on Sunday I thought I would go and give the 50+ fitness a go with Ian. What a fab way to get fit and meet new people. Would definitely recommend it. Good luck Ian. Mandy

Yes Mandy I would agree it was good fun ,a good way of meeting new friends, and a good way to keep fit also enjoyed the power walk with Ian on Thursday.
