Rental Turnaround Costs

We have had our apartment in Benalmadena for over 2 years, and have never yet rented it out. We have decided that it is time it started contributing to its costs, so we are gearing up for rental. We have a local neighbour living there who is happy to do our turnaround tasks. I assume we are talking cleaning, washing/change of towels, etc. Possibly greeting also.

She has never done this for anyone before, and we have never had such an arrangement. Can anyone tell me if there is a going rate for this service, or do people charge depending upon specifics for that turnaround? We want to ensure that both sides get a fair deal and are happy with the arrangement. If anyone has any examples of what they do I would really appreciate some information. I have sent you a PM with the required information but you should be very careful if you use anybody that is not registered and working legally in Spain as the implications if something goes wrong can be very serious for you, the service provider or the renter

If for example there is a break in the insurance company can cancel your policy and not pay any claim, same if somebady has a fall and wants claim against your Public Liability policy
