Community under new Management at Medina Elvira 23

The Community at Medina Elvira 23 have voted in a new President (Spanish) and Vice President (English). This community is now being run by its fee paying owners and we hope to see big improvements this year, despite the fact that just under half of the properties have been sold and the developer has left us with a lot of problems.

It is vital that all owners now get behind the new management committee and pay all their due and outstanding community fees so that the urbanization can survive.  Last year saw some really positive feedback from rental clients and whilst being realistic about the problems on the development as a whole, we have to look to the future and we can see good prospects for our community if everyone pulls together.

If there are any owners out there who have not yet made contact with our owners group or joined the private online forum, please contact me as soon as possible.  Anyone waiting to complete purchase of their property is also welcome to make contact.

Spring is sprung at last on ME23 - work has started to clear up the mess left by the developer, and so far things are looking very positive, due to the strength of our small but determined Community of Owners - both Spanish and non-Spanish - and fantastic new president who is working flat out to get things sorted before the summer season. 

We are looking forward to spending some time in our apartment in a few weeks and there are several owners also planning both their own visits and rental business.  It's been a long haul but finally someone has switched on a light at the end of the tunnel!

 I wanted to let other owners or potential new owners know, that despite all our initial problems, things are now looking up for Medina 23.  I am really looking forward to spending Easter in my apartment 

I have several bookings already for the Summer and I am getting plenty of interest from sites I am advertising on. This is a tremendous improvement on last year, and bodes well for the rest of the year.

This has only be made possible by the great efforts of our new President and Vice President, working hard together and getting all our community to work towards the same goal - A great development with good rental potential for those who do need an income.

The AGM for our Community of Owners will be held in November, the date will be confirmed shortly and I will of course let everyone in our owners group have the date as soon as I can.

Anyone who has not yet joined our owners group please contact me via private message as soon as possible.

We are dealing with issues on a number of fronts at the moment and your input is vital.

I would like to hear also from any owners of property (who have completed purchase) on the Medina Elvira resort, I believe there are owners in Medina Suites but have no way of contacting them.
