Fab news. Good luck to you all. This can only be good news for our beautiful resort. Looking forward to quaffing a few ales in there.

It is good news. Although the place was being used unofficially it wasn't being maintained and so before long parts could easily have fallen into disrepair. Plus it's not a good advert for the resort when it was all standing empty. Hoping The Clover and new Condado Club can both be sustained as I think potentially they'll meet different needs.

Offering a bit of variety has got to be a good thing.

It's fantastic news whatever way you look at it. Another facility and in another location on our resort makes it feel just a little bit like the original design and will make all of us and not just the jardines residents feel better I'm sure. I hear they will be possibly showing sport and maybe the premier league football in the bar area, which will be great and I'm sure and will save money on cabs to camposol and I'm sure will be popular and real money spinner.

Let's hope the entrepreneur's who are negotiating on units in alkasar have similar news soon.
