Possible Purchase

Hello, my wife and are visiting latter this month to view a property in the Mirador de la Vega ii community. Just trying to get any opinions from residents as to what it is like there? Have seen pictures and write ups and looked around Cox on Google! It looks exactly like what we are looking for but would appreciate any feedback.

Cox is a lovely town and there are lots of lovely places within the area.

We are 'semi' resident and just love the place. You will need a car or bikes to get around but the lifestyle and climate is sooooooooomuch better than the UK and the spanish people are great.  You have a constant 'feel-good' factor

As for Mirador de la Vega11, it's great. We have a mixed selection of owners. Brits, Spanish, German, Belgian.  It is an ideal location.  If you are looking for an 'upstairs' apartment, no4 is about to come on the market.....thats not ours by the way!

I was trying to buy there some years ago but got lead down the garden path by a corrupt estate agent & nearly lost 10,000€ deposit. I was told it would be easy to get a mortgage but it was all the opposite. A cap in the village called Patrick helped me out & I was able to get the 10 grand back after a bit of a fight.

I thought that all was lost and my dream had come to a end. Just recently I came into a bit of money and now I have a place near Redovan. I love the area and oftern visit Cox. Its a great place. Lots going for it very spanish, not at all like torrevieja.

Good luck with the search. Patrick is on eye on spain as well.
