Just seen your message on EOS. Did you managed to visit?

Cox is a lovely town and there are lots of lovely places within the area.

We are 'semi' resident and just love the place. You will need a car or bikes to get around but the lifestyle and climate is sooooooooomuch better than the UK and the spanish people are great.  You have a constant 'feel-good' factor

As for Mirador de la Vega11, it's great. We have a mixed selection of owners. Brits, Spanish, German, Belgian.  It is an ideal location.  If you are looking for an 'upstairs' apartment, no4 is about to come on the market.....thats not ours by the way!

Like everyone else who has received a bill for lekkie, l wondered why.....l contacted Syvlia at Mahersol to ask why and was told...it was for the counter.....mmmm they put a lekkie meter in and charge us for doing that. Surely it should have come as part and parcel of the property or like in the UK....free

64 x 177 = approx 11,328 euros.....very nice little earner

Just been speaking to Mick at number one to see if he has heard anything about this letter and he hasn't heard anything. He has requested that l send a copy of the letter to him and that will go tonight.

Hi Everyone,
Just to let all of you lnow, walking round our local Wm. Morisson supermarket, they have 'fold-away' bikes on offer at £60. These are boxed up and would be easily taken/sent to Cox.....We don't know if the price is good or dear but we think its reasonable.....oh by the way, they have 6 gears.

Its funny, we only spoke recently about getting a couple of 'fold-away' bikes for Cox as it would be a great option for getting around locally......

Thought we'd share this with you.....

Have fun hopefully see any of you that will be there in September....
