RATS

 We have spotted a few RATS around the area lately and found one which had been run over outside our house. Can we all please make sure that no food stuffs are placed in the bins surrounding the gardens, as these are never emptied, due to the lack of maintenance by the council whom were supposed to have taken over the urbanisation.

Please place all waste in the appropriate bins supplied which get emptied regularly.

The last thing we need is to be over run by the critters , please dispose of waste thoughtfully.

 Hi, it may well come to that as the council certainly arnt doing anything around phase 1 of the urbanisation to keep it clean and tidy.

 I wonder who the councillor is whos sitting there with a fat wallet from all our previous years council tax !!!!
