We are going home on the 8th so will miss you. Not sure on water and electricity but reading through the general message boards some people had been charged for conections and back dated electric and water on completion. We haven't as far as I know but still waiting for ours to be registered with land registry which apparently could take months. We'll have to check it out. I still haven't had the refund of having to pay for builders cancellation of mortgage could anyone else please let me know if they had this taken out of their final breakdown? Just can't understand why I am paying the mortgage and builder has a mortgage??? Would appreciate if anyone could give me any information on this. As for community charges has anyone received any information on rules and regulations regarding this at the moment until we take over as management members, which won't happen for about a year so I'm told.
