Thanks but I'm still confused! Has the licence been issued or not? Is a copy available? The lawer in one report says licence granted and in another says still not granted! Which is right? Any ideas?

 Same here, very confused. One section says it is illegal to sell on without the licence. Properties in Bloque 7 Manzana 3 have been resold. We were told by an Estate Agent last year that once the licence was granted it could only help when selling  on La Reserva and help the price a bit as well.

i gather our developers are still arguing with the town hall about land compenstion , this has now gone to court so could run and run for some time.

meanwhile  prices...... remax have a first floor appartment priced at 110,000 euros!!!!!!!!

with the news today of Spain on the verge of a euro bailout licenses may not be all we have to worry about!!!!
