Hi all, I now have a list of events for Lakeview.

Friday Oct 29th.

MARIONS BIRTHDAY PARTY NIGHT.    8-30pm start everyone welcome Free Food, Wine, Beer & Party Music.

Friday 5th Nov.

Guy Fawkes with the Mad Hatters,Live Rock, Jazz & Blues.

Chilli Con Carne & Rice, Spicy Chicken, BBQ Bangers, Mullked Wine, Firework Display & Bonfire.  €5-95.

Friday 12th Nov.

A Cabaret Evening with Rod Stewart Tribute Andy McBride & 3 Course Gourmet Meal €30 includes Entertainment, Food and all your Wine & Cerveza.   Menu as follows. Please reserve your table as soon as possible as there are not many places available.    MENU. 

   STARTERS:

Golden Fried Camembert served with Sweet Tomato Confit and Mixed Baby Leaf Salad  or  Crispy Crab & Spring Onion Purses served with a lemon and Chilli Sauce    or  Roasted Butternut Squash & Red Pepper Soup served with Basil Croutons.

MAINCOURSES.  

Pan Roasted Medallions Roast Pork Fillet Served on a Parsnip & Apple Puree with Fondant Potatoes & Whiskey Cream Sauce.    Or    Chicken Supreme stuffed with Wild Mushrooms & Parmesan, served on a Mediterranean Vegetable Potato Cake & a Rich Red Wine Jus.           Or      Seared Fillet of Salmon on a bed of Crisp Asian Vegetables & Noodles with Soy, Honey & Ginger Jus.

DESSERTS.

Jane´s Baked Vanilla Cheese Cake & a Raspberry Compot.     Or     Molten Chocolate Pudding & Icecream.       Or  Glazed Pear Tart & Vanilla Cream.

Party Night with  BIEN a Rock Duo for all ages with Hot Finger Food Buffet  €6         8-30pm Start

Thanks Ray, you're doing a great job as Sierra Golf Entertainment Secretary.  Like many others, I just wish I was there more often to enjoy it all, there seems to be so much going on.  Thanks for the info.
