Just got back from spain 2 hrs ago,

we went to SG site on wed 31 jan ,we could not get on site because the roads were being graded around the top end near the sales office and the shopping area,but what we saw we were impressed with,

We then went to see our agent, told her what Michael had said about phase one not being ready until feb 08, her word were RUBBISH,she then phoned GRUPO MASA and spoke to SALVADOR VILLAR, who is AUDs boss,( aud is the GRUPO MASA rep on site) . SALVADOR said they should be ready to start handing over units APRIL / MAY / JUNE  this year, definately not feb 08,so keep fingers crossed he is right.

We went back on site sat 3rd feb and managed to drive round, and yes it does look like it could be complete APRIL / MAY, they are hopeing to hand over 400 units over 3 months.
