Pictures sent to us from our agent hope they are of some use.At the side you will see where we are awaiting a swimming pool to be built.??Also note not much room at front of house to warrant bringing in landscapers,put down some coloured lava rock  as a starter and as mentioned before there should be plenty of flyers in the new build on arrival to cover all types of work.

Hi Denny, thanks for the pictures. Do you know what size the plot is ?  we were told there would be plenty of room for a pool in the garden of the albatros.

I believe our plot size was approx 310 sq mtrs but it has been that long since first visit my memory is failing me,should have some info in folder but as we started to put things away will need to find it again.our pool size will be 12 mtrs by 4 mtrs made in reinforced concrete then tiled,that will give us 1mtr from back wall and side wall of garden and a 2 mtr path leading to back door at side of house.Still be able to park car at front of pool and area to put tables/chairs and barbi.Hope this is of some help. We will be living in Spain full time sounds like we could have a busy pool.

Spot deliberate mistake pool size 8 mtrs x 4 mtrs must have been thinking about an olympic sized pool.

Thanks Denny - it still sounds good to me at 8m !  The pictures made me think it was a smaller space. Are the builders installing your pool - I didn't know they'd do that.  It seems like we'll all be coming to your opening party if you're the first to have a pool  !
