Security Entry Cards

Have recently received email to inform Security of our names, addresses & car reg etc for security passes for owners to receive entry cards for easier access. What a golden opportunity it would be not to issue these entry cards/passes for any owners who have not paid up to date with their community fees. Has anyone else any thoughts on this?

The email, sent by one of the presidents to his contact list, should of stated that this is initially for permanant residents.  For those not resident, who will persumably have a different hire car each visit, a temporary pass will be issued when they come.     We only have a limited number of passes, not enough to give every owner a card, but enough to suffice.
