I know quite a few of us suffered some water damage from leaks during the bad weather and we had some serious damage to a bedroom and bathroom. We found that on our roof where the pipework for the airconditioning enters the properties it was not sealed therefore water was running directly into the apartment. We have now filled it in with cement so If anyone else has suffered from leaks it might be a good idea to check yours out especially if one of the apartments below you has recently had air conditioning fitted as it may have been left open to the elements.
