Has anyone had problems booking hotels with the Club Hotel card we are having a nighmare can never get through then end up speaking to somone in Canada who tells us they will check availablility then never come back to us. I am beginning to think that once again have purchased something that will never get full use of. Have used card in Polaris restaurant though which was good saving, but as per someones post below it took about 8 weeks for our card to come through after numerous promises it was on its way!!!
