We too can write to the EU in Brussels by going to the European Parliament website under - At Your Service on the right hand side click on Ombudsman and lodge a complaint if we all sent a complaint like the Spanish owner at Trampolin Hills it might put pressure on the EU in Brussels to do something about our situation.
