Telephone line in Roda

We've been waiting 8 months to have a phone line installed in phase 4, finally today we have learnt the reason the last 3 engineers haven't been able to complete the job - apparently no phone cables have been installed by Roda outside our properties. So just another problem to add to an ever growing list.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I know a lass called Tracy, who I've posted on here about the Internet, who will be able top help you out.

In the very near future (this week or next I was told) there will be a new internet service available, which has the offer of telephone as well, free international calls to Europe landlines.
