Spanish income tax form 210 ?

Have just been told that we need to file a form 210 by end of december for spanish income tax. I have filed a british income tax return with details of the little bit of income we have had from our apartment. Do i need to file another form, if so, where can i get hold of one and do i end up paying two lots of tax? All very confusing, helpful comments welcomed.

Where there are a number of discussions on this subject, yes you are liable to pay a La Renta Tax, now on Form 210 for each year property is owned. Your solicitor would normally advise and offer to complete it for you for a fee or there are alternatives should you wish to save some money.
