Another odd payment from RPM....

Hi all,

keep an eye on your accounts..............Having had an odd payment taken in May for my first community charge (€163.00) to which RPM aknowledged was an error & would be corrected within a week + never was!!, they bhave now struck again, with a second payment now being taken of €133.00?  Absoutley no logic to the amount.  Even if you add the 2 together, it makes no sense.  Asked for clarification from RPM, but so far no reply.

Got absoulutley no confidence in this lot's abiltiy to manage fiscal payments

Hi Everyone,

We too have had an "error" in the amount for one of our April payments, when they somehow got one of our Jardines apts mixed up with somebody elses in Naranjos. Only €14 of a difference and written to RPM but no reply yet but you can bet your bottom dollar that somehow they have got our Jardines apt confused with a Naranjos apt of the same number i.e. 022, as they seem to manage it with the mail, where we frequently receive mail for the wrong complex.
