Has anyone heard anything about contacting Crevisa Dos ?

Had an email today (17th June 2009) from my solicitor asking me to contact Crevisa, Via a solicitor has anyone else had the same email ?

I think it is still the same as Pozoboys post - Crevisa are trying to get the original purchasers to put more money in to finish the site because they dont have it.  The road was not passed.  Not sure what plot you are - but three of  the four roads around the site are too narrow and the Town Hall want to take some of the front gardens!!!  Quite a few of us were contacted about a month ago and most refused to pay any more.

Update-  Ive just heard from another purchaser that the road is still under discussion with the town Hall.  My solicitor said it did not pass at the last meeting - plus they think some people have agreed in princliple to financing the completion of the site.  All at my solicitors (8) have refused at this stage. 

Also received a letter from Crevisa Dos to home earlier this week, know some others did also. Replied via my solicitor that have no interest in giving these guys additional funds.

This is post for all Pozo del Esparto buyers.  I have been speaking to one of the original purchasers this week and it appears that the planning licences are now valid and work is recommending on the site.

I appeal to you to get in touch with your lawyers ASAP to try to salvage your property.
