Hi everyone. Went up to the Almanzora Country Club site on Friday with 2 of my colleagues. Since our last visit earlier in the year, nothing had changed and the spotted dog still runs out to greet visitors. We think he is actually in charge!
The grass is still manicured outside the showhouses although the large hoarding signs at the entrance are still on the floor having been blown over many months ago.
The problem with Huma is that they never give out any information, and agents, such as ourselves, receive no updates at all - hence our frequent visits to the site to view it at first hand.
Our advice would be to not pay to view the Owner's site because there is absolutely nothing new to see, and contrary to recent reports, no new building has been started.
We have had one of our local sales team visiting the site every 2 weeks since shutdown and nothing has improved. It is unfortunate that Huma decided to then produce such a lovely new brochure - but for what purpose?
It gave us and our clients misguided hope. Of course nothing has happened, Huma merely bought themselves a little more time, and we are all as deflated as ever.
