 There is a locksmith based in the supermarket at the shopping complex just before Cartegana who cuts them for you only costs a few Euros and they do work as we have had a few done by him.

We had our extras keys cut at a little kisok in Dos Mares called 'Mister Mint'.  I think they cost 8 euros each and they work perfectly.  (They also do shoe repairs). Hope that helps.
