When I pulled out of Marina de Dona Julia, looked around and got a good deal on a recently completed development where the developer's bank was insisting they sell some houses to repay part of the loan. Completed purchase in October. It's on the letting market for now but we hope to go and live there in a few years. We've stayed there a couple of times ourselves and absolutely love it. About 25 minutes walk to Puerto Banus and 3 minutes walk to Mercadonna. Also, 45 seconds walk to OpenCorp for fresh baguettes for breakfast! Going back again tomorrow for a few days.
