Your post was totally unnecessary and explains exactly why people don't like posting on here.   The person we spoke to is a professional, she was at SADM on business, she told us who the investors were as she was involved in speaking to them, and even if I can't say who they are does that mean it isn't true?  The point about her being the niece of a friend is that she has no reason to lie to us as she knows us well; the point about her working in an estate agent's office is that this isn't just local gossip.  I know that many people have had problems with estate agents, but I think it is very sad to be as cynical as you clearly are and assume that everybody is lying to you.

A really true "professional" who attends a business meeting or overhears the conversations of a business meeting, they blabs it outside of the meeting. Really, really professional, who has never heard of confidentiality.
Possibly why she just works in an EA's office and nothing more if she can't keep delicate information confidential?

Perhaps many don't like posting on hear as they read too much gossip and not enough fact.

Sue unfortunately after what has happened to me and my hard earned cash ,I would now prefer  to assume everyone in any way involved in all of this is lying to me until they prove otherwise .My instincts of protection can only allow me to go on past experiences and I have been lied to by SJ  (big time !) ,estate agents ,lawyers,council officials  and many more .Anyone who wants me to believe a word they say  from now on will have to hit me with hard facts and evidence nothing else will do .

I am not ruling out that there may have been investors on site but this means absolutely nada unless they are actually prepared to invest in a company with such  huge black clouds hanging over it .There are far better safer developments  and companies crying out for investment .Sad but true . MM
