Firstly, to identify myself, I am Jose Ruiz Medina, presently the manager of Rudina.
It is not our usual practice to give explanations, through a website, to those who are not our clients, and especially to those undesirable people who only wish to harm others.
In the circumstances, however, and for this time only, we will give a brief explanation but solely for the peace of mind of our clients, for whom we work day by day.
Some days ago, an anonymous person, - although we do know his name as he has deceived several of our clients with Focus, and has a very bad reputation in the real estate world, - has declared knowledge of information which is untrue.
He says that a seizure has been made of one of our multiple properties in favour of Armando Marin Serrano. To this we say that it is not true. It is a ‘PREVENTIVE ANNOTATION’ which is neither complete nor finalized.
It is a case that is, at the moment, in the hands of the ordinary justice, and Rudina trusts that it will be resolved in their favour very soon.
It is not going to public auction or anything resembling this.
I declare that the origin of this matter goes back to certain people who seek to get rich by other peoples’ efforts without any of their own. I assure you that this is so.
The legal team of Rudina is currently working to clarify this preventive annotation and to claim damages from these anonymous and false libels.
These are difficult times for all businesses in this economic crisis. The good name of Rudina is of great importance to us, and we hope to confront and overcome this situation thanks to the help and effort of our team here at Rudina.
