If people are concerned about Mirador, why dont they change to Balcones? I believe this is only half sold now, and surely if would be better to have one fully sold, maybe even get a similar deal.
The electricity, street lights and entrance lights are also something which needs addressing very soon, it would be very difficult to let in it`s current state.
Re - NIE numbers, I did`nt even visit Spain, it was all dealt with by my lawyer (we gave him power of attorney)
