Phase 2 Photos

Just returned from SC and thought i would upload a couple of photos.

The photos are dated 19 Feb and show the front three quarter villas facing phase 1.

They were just about to start to tiling the bathrooms.  And all looks set for an Aug/Sept finish.

I've added a couple of pics of phase 2 today dated 24th Feb 09. One of them shows the colour of the townhouses and the other is the house belonging to cricket fan.

It all looks to be developing nicely

Its looking good. The kitchen has been tiled. They are working 6 days a week.

I've lost count of the number of sidras you owe me..........lol

Thanks for the updated photos of the Townhouses they look very colourful a bit different to the colour we was told they were going tobe!!

It looks like they have run out of one colour  (yellow, white, cream and orange)

We was told they were going tobe cream they only thing they was not sure about was what colour the secuirty shutters were going tobe. 

 When we put down our depoit we was taken to their other complex down the road at Torre Alcantara the Townhouses there had been  painted cream and had burgundy shutters which looked very nice.

Don't get me wrong i like bright coloufull things but was a bit surprised they was that colourfull. 

Was any one else told the same as to what colour they was meant tobe?

I wonder what colour they will paint the rest of the complex!!!!!

They've got up to a euro!!

As for the colour of the townhouses......I think that once they're finished you'll be very happy with them.  There is no sign of the shutters yet but I will keep my eye out and post pics as they appear. There is a house going into the village which is painted orange and yellow and looks really nice.
