Please can someone tell me where I can find out what money is being paid out of our account. I have checked online and there are things other than the mortage. I'm being the **EDITED - offensive language ** and paying them!!!

Why do they ask you what language you want your correspondence in and then send it in Spainish anyway?!?

It might be useful to know that you can ask an on-line operator (Cambank)

Log on to the Cam website and open your account, at the bottom you'll see an operators photo labelled 'Atencion OnLine'.  If you click on this it'll bring up a box in which you can type your questions.  They respond straight away.
