Does anybody have any information on when Bosque 3 is supposed to be completed. I cannot get a reply from the builder !

Hi PedroP - I think we would all like to know. There is some progress. Pool 3 has been dug out and the apartment block is almost finished. The new Chinese is nearly finished but getting info out of Technologia is not easy and would you believe it anyway!

I wouldnt hold your breath on anything that technologia do or say. I bought in bosque de las lomas II back in 2002 and only took possession in October 2005. Then i heard that the foundations had originally been condemned (not that the people at the agents i used had bothered to tell me).

 

I would say to anyone buying anything through Technologia to go and have a look at our Urbanisation....4 years on, not finished and no contact with teh builder. They are no better than thieves.

Sorry for all you people at Bosque de las Lomas 3.

If you can, pull out now.  Technologia (the builders) and Atlas (main dealers) are totally and utterly useless.

We have had our place in Bosque de las Lomas 2 for 3 years and STILL DO NOT HAVE THE DEEDS.  Our solicitors are having to take Technologia to court to get the deeds as they haven't turned up to sign over 3 times, despite being ordered to do so by the notary.

This means we cannot apply for residency or put the house up for sale.  God alone knows how long all this will take.  We did everything right with all the reps etc in place when we bought the place and were told we would get the deeds in "a week or two once they were officially notarised".  Mugs or what.  When you go through big companines like this you expect things to be done properly and rely on them knowing what they are doing.

Technologia also closed down their site office at Blue Hills and have not responded to any of my letters or phone calls.  Bosque de las Lomas 2, despite having been established for 4 or more years, still does not have mains water and is being supplied by hose pipes.

If you have not yet completed, run for the hills and go somewhere else.  If you have completed, don't sign anything or give up the final money until they give you the deeds in person.  Apparently, Technologia haven't paid up their bank guarantees so the land does not officialy belong to them.  All the houses are on dodgy ground (no pun intended).

Get out of your deal now if you can.

I see that Technologia is now sending out letters asking if we are interested in purchasing 'parking spaces' at Bosque 3 resort ? Is this another scan to extort money. I am meeting my solicitor in January. Fed up of having to live on a building site...

I guess they are trying to sell the parking spaces under the much delayed apartment block. We have been having electrical supply problems probably caused by the new Chinese. They have sorted this out by connecting the junction boxes with an above ground mains loop which looks like a water hose, Can't be legal!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon,

At the moment we are the solicitors of two clients who bouht thrpugh Atlas in Bosque de las Lomas III, exactly in Colinas del Lago. They do not want to wait for a compensation, so I have been instructed of cancel the contract with Tecnologia Urbanistica.

If any buyer is interested in adding to the claim, we need the same as the rest of clients:

-Copy of purchase contracts (later we will need the original)

-All the expenses and inconviniences you have suffered.

-Copy of the NIE and copy of the passports.

This is the 3rd judicial proceeding we have against Emilio de las Mulas Naranjo, who act on the behalf of TECNOLOGIA URBANISTICA, Desarrollo y Tecnologia de Centros Vacacionales and some more. We are lucky we winned the two last judicial procedures.
