At last we have managed to let our 2 bed penthouse apartment  GM IV,at a vastly reduced rate (450 euros) per/month.Does this seem to be the going rate at the moment.or can we expect a better return in the future.

After purchasing an appartment with front line golf, off plan,via a recomendation from a no longer friend,we have returned from our fisrt visit to the area and site.If only we could have pulled out of the signing.We have property on the costa del sol which is of far superior quality and at lower cost p/sq.mtr.It is bad enough losing the golf course but to find we have little more than a match box in the desert is infuriating.The developer wants shot. We applaud those taking legal action and not signing ,as the whole area looks sub standard.Unfortunatley we have signed and think the prospect of finding a buyer as daft as us is extremely unlikley,so we are hoping to find a long term rental solution.Has anyone got information on a local agent that can be recommended.

 I notice no one has replied to dave and wendy, i wonder why! is there a promblem now that there is no golf course,as we had planned to rent to golfers.We are due to complete  March 2007 and having entered this site for the first time today and noticed everyones concerns ,we are begining to regret our decision to purchase on this site.can anyone comment on the legal implications on holding back on completion.are there enough numbers holding back to cause a reaction on the golf course saga.

  We are due to complete March 2007 and need a solicitor can any one recomend one.We also have concerns regarding the golf course as this was the attraction to us.Has anyone held back on completion because of the golf course issue and what can we expect.
