What to pack?

Hi Folks,

Flying out next Friday and don't know what to pack is it thermals or bikini? I really don't know, Carol you maybe able to help on this one.

Maybe a thermal bikini !!! Fleeces, jeans, short sleeved T-Shirts..... thinks layers. When the sun is out it´s warm, but when it goes in for the day it gets COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD or when the wind changes direction & comes from in-land it gets even colder. Just heard on Costa Calida radio that over the weekend we may even get a low of 0 degrees - brrrrrrrrr.

Thanks for that, coping with -4/5 at the moment so zero is actually warm, will pack a mixture.

Its B*** dy freezing hun, but nice through day.....well most of time.....I wouldnt risk Bikini though, think your living in fantasy world to think its that warm, but compared to UK I suppose you will feel a lot warmer.........Safe journey over hun and see you both soon

Sorry for the delay in replying(hes got me working yes I said that swear word WORKING)16 hours only but thats 16 hours out of my daily life of step classes,body pump, lunches,college,studying,visiting mum in hospital,PTA,Kids,dogs and more lunches, don't know how I manage to fit work in.  Only been there three weeks and I am taking my first holiday haven't told them yet the rest of my holidays for next year!!.  So looking forward to seeing you all on Friday, 5 more sleeps, bringing Lucy this time with us, sure its only tippex you need, what about something nice to eat that you don't get in Spain?

A blanket is all that's needed to swim in a pool at this time of year,

however the blanket should be made of beer, sangria, champagne, pizza and red wine

Proper shortbread is Scottish short bread not that fake stuff they sell at Christmas lol...... Big thick chunky pieces

Bottle stoppers are perfectly legit - Even i lose the will to stand up during a 4th bottle of vino................. sometimes

My suitcase will be packed with pans, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, a mop, a brush&pan, and a couple of mankinis

Hi, sorry I know this has already been discussed but just wondering what to pack.  Coming out Friday for a week. 

We were going to bring layers, jeans, tops, cardigans.  Will it be warm enough for shorts and will we need a cosy jacket for night-time? 

Hoping to meet some of you while out.

Hi everyone.

Just got back this afternoon, weather in Murcia cold but sunny, from 11.00am to approx 3.00pm you will get away with a strappy top with a cardy on top before and after then, baltic and an anorak or jacket needs to be worn.  We had a great week of weather and hope you all have the same over the festive period.

Pleeeeeeeaaaaaase Dave not the Mankini this time, leave it at home until summer, in the evening chill you may find it doesn't fit quite like it used to  dont want it looking loose in all the wrong places do we !!!! PMSL

At our age Carol, everything is loose and in the wrong place ................ and the mankini might not fit in the case in Jan due to the amount of ''sale goods'' that are coming over with me.
