Firstly thank you for the warm welcome extended to us by everyone we where made to feel very welcome and lucky to have bought in such a freindly place,
Now the bad news, the Albertos we were supposed to be completing on was at best piss poor.
The faults are to many to mention but the biggest faults being the boiler was on the floof after a pipe was drilled through releasing water everywhere, the basement has leaks from outside and raising damp on the walls inside, caused by i think the soil being one and half foot above the damp course on the exterior. Front steps coming away from house, the roofs leak's, the electric boxes all leak tiles missing from walls, stair tiles broken, i think YOZZA HUGES DID OURS.
Masa tried to get me to sign promising all would be fixed, but having spoken to lots of people on site once you sign its over to you, i have also spoken to people who are still waiting after a year for snagging fixes, my advice dont sign until you are happy with everything, i believe someone else also refused to sign last week.
It is my opinion that there is not one Albertros that has not already leaked or is going to leak, this also goes for the Opens, on a positive note the Eagles and Greens seem fine.
I am back out in February for round 2 i will let you know the out come.
