Dog Mess ( Again )

We have endeavoured to make the area at the front of our property clean and tidy by pruning the trees and weeding and gravelling the base of the trees.

What have we now discovered ?? Someone's dog has crapped on the gravel !!!! It doesn't give people much incentive to make SG a good place to live when other people have no regard for their neighbours !! Is it possible that the tree area outside the dog-owner's property is such a mess that their dog did not want to relieve itself there ??

Do these people not realise that apart from the disgusting filth of the actual mess that it also attracts flies , enough of which we already have ?? It would be a fitting outcome if one or more of these flies should land on a meal that these people are eating !!
