Can you let us know how you got on with your viewing and what you thought of the apartment etc? Was it as big as you imagined? how long did they give you to view it as i heard they only allow 10-15mins

Hi,

Just got back from Spain and had a viewing of our apartment on phase 4. Looked pretty much as the plan layout until we went into the main bathroom. The shower tray is so small an adult would not be able to use it. It was less then 600mm square. An average tray in the UK is at least 750mm. Also, when I asked if Arenal could lend me a tape measure so we could measure up for furniture we were told we couldn't,  we were only there to have a look around and was taken back that we should want to! The sales girl asked if we had a plan of the site with the measurements, which we didn't so she printed one off for us. This does not have the sizes on it, only the area of the floor for each room.

On our apartment layout there is a scale. Using this the shower tray in the main bathroom should be 750.

Thanks for the tip as i will take a measuring tape with me when we visit first weekend in feb

Would like to know if anyone has been surprised by the level of there apartments on phases three and Four.Keep hearing stories of people thinking they have an apartment on level 1 or 2 road side to find out they are on a different level.For example I believe they are now saying level one block 5 roadside is on the ground floor.Level 2 roadside is now the first floor.

Anyone else come across this I would like to hear from.

we had     tape measure pen and pad we had about twenty mins on our own in apartment then the agent helped us measure the windows you allso need to take a torch as the elextrics are not on and the bathrooms dont have windows.

we are phase 4 block 2  the ground floor is the first floor  and so on we were told floor 2 and thats what we have only problem the plans given to us were back to front so all apartment is the other way round and bedrooms very small and wardrobes only fit for a child rest of apartment is very good
