Looking at 3G internet access and found this link Alhama de Murcia reception and Mazarron Ok and some in between , bit not Condado yet

HI Dringman and anyone thinking of using your dongle in Spain. DO NOT USE IT as it is a mobile and you will be charged roaming rates. Thats if you have a british one
