Hi All,

I am a new owner at Roda, having been very lucky to pick up a resale from the new sales office. Although not greatly reduced, I am happy with my purchase, as it came fully furnished.

When looking I was more interested in location and views within the resort, and found that the re sales office had a greater selection of property in Phases 1 & 2, than the main sales office. I found the staff, all english very helpful and accomadating and they showed me property over a period of three days without any pressure. 

As I have now completed my purchase on Phase 1, I would like the advice of owners in that Phase of any problems that they have encountered on their property as although I have brought basically second hand the previous owners have not used the property, and would like to know what to check for.

I look forward to hearing any responses.

Welcome to Roda Golf and boring as it may seem I would go to the bottom of the threads and click ‘’view all threads’’ then sit at your pc with nice bottle of Rioja and have a good old read.

Hello to all
We are Mary & Joe just completed on phase3b it seems so long ago since we first put the deposit down but here we are.  We too are very pleased with our purchase.  We are new to eyeonspain and computers so bare with us.  Snagging was interesting but we got it all done with lots of small issues and one larger one the floor.  I was expecting the marble to be all nice and glossy and said so to Roda but they insisted that this is how they are handed over....... mine was dirty and dull !!!!!!!!   I was recommended to use Mike a fellow eyeonspain owner and marble floor polisher and have to say after a very long hard days work our floors are now gleaming he did an excellent job  so thankyou Mike.    Does anyone know of a good place to have curtains made and poles fitted (the ones that are on a pully cord)  as I understand the ceilings dont have a good fixing at Roda

Welcome Both to Roda Golf from a fellow Phase 1 owner - we think its great too!

First of all - Mike did my floors as well and he made a spectacular job of them - absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending his services whatsoever! 

Secondly, re little problems - there will be little niggling problems but all in all - not too bad as far as our particular place was concerned.

Sorry, can't help with the curtains as they came as part of my furniture pack!
