Hi Kev & Elaine,
Sorry can't help on this one, but until someone that has bought a penthouse goes out and measures and looks at all these things I think we are all going to have to hang fire. I would love to know all these things too and it is very frustrating that we can't plan or buy things for fear of the unknown.
