AUGUST GET TOGETHER

I have arranged 3 nights out in August so that we can continue the Thalassa tradition of meeting our neighbours & making new friends, so that we have a great community atmosphere.

The dates arranged are 11th, 19th & 26th August & so far I have 54 adults & 24 children who want to attend. The 11th has no places left but I have a couple of places on the 19th & about 10 places on the 26th still available.

If anyone is at Thalassa for these 2 dates & you would like to attend, please let me know either by email or PM. If you could let me know by tomorrow night, I would be grateful as I will need to confirm the numbers with the restaurant over the weekend.

The venue is El Balconcito which is a small Spanish bar & restaurant. If you don't know where it is, you go down to the bottom roundabout & instead of turning right towards Consum, you turn left towards Villaricos & then take an immediate right turn. El Balconcito is then a couple of hundred yards down on the right hand side. It is walkable & takes about 20 minutes.

We held the May get together at this venue & we had a really good night & Carmen & her team made us very welcome & looked after us well. To give a rough idea, the bill per person last time was 22 euros for the 3 course menu del dia & all drinks.

I'd like to attend on the 19th.  Can you sign me up for 2 adults and 2 children.  I'm coming out to spend august with the kids and I'm in block 27-08 so it'd be lovely to ge to know some of the neighbours.

Everything is now confirmed with El Balconcito for the 3 nights out. I sent out an email last night advising everyone of the date that they are booked in for, so if you haven't received that, please let me know.

If there is anyone else who wants to go, I found out last night that they can accommodate a few more people than I was working to. Therefore, I have a maximum of 4 seats available for the 11th & 19th where I thought I had none. Also I have a maximum of 6 seats available for the 26th.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you wish to attend.

I don't know who you are, nor would I wish to as your posting is offensive and damaging to both a business and a person.

Whatever your grievance, this is not the approach to take, especially if you are not in full possession of the facts.
