Hi 

We are buying an Aparment in Block A La Envia, we were ther in May 2008 and it is almost finished, they are awaitng the Habitation Licence ( so we were told) so have uploaded some Photos, is there anyone else buying in same block out there?

Welcome. We bought in block B a year ago. We originally had a deposit in Terque (Azahar development, our block Los Olivos will probably never be built) and moved our deposit to La Envia - the best thing we ever did! Really good community in Las Colinas apartments, good mix of Spanish and English owners and residents! As you probably know the habitation licence for block A has been granted and completions are under way. There is an on site property management company who are very reliable - if you would like their contact details let me know. They can also help out with furniture packs, satelite and air con instalation, putting up light fittings etc.

Hi Mandy,

Nice to see there are others out there, we also moved from Terque last November and are still waiting to get into Block A.  
As you say the Habbitation licence has been granted and as far as we are aware the next stage is completion but not quite sure what that actually means in respect of being able to start using the place.

I keep chasing our Lawyer and Inroal but its Spain and nothing seems to move very fast. We are due to come out for a week in September and was hoping it would all be done by then but have a feeling that it wont be so we will book a Hotel. We have got some ideas on the furnishing so thank for the offer and if needed may come back to you on that.

I am led to belive that the outside pool is now operational but not the indoor etc.

Hi Nigel and Sheila.

I believe completions are happening - but it takes time! If you need to be on site when you go out there we do rent our apartment out, it is listed on the rentals pages on eyeonspain if you are interested.

Yes, the larger of the outdoor pools is open.

We have purchased in the apartments Las Colinas del Golf at Envia (Inroal are the developers) if that is any help.

I am in touch with a solicitor dealing with Inroal.

In fact Inroal came to her offices to discuss the matter. Most of the developments are in Terque.

Just to let you know the system works and I was notitfied of your post. I know of your efforts to get deposits returned and we have not joined the action group as we are already with Del Prado and have had the majority of our deposit returned via our property at Las Colinas - we are still outstanding some money but have had about 80% back.

I have only ever received notification of a post  if I have posted on that thread. As there has not been much activity on EOS regarding Terque I'm inclined to think that there are not many purchasers who are members of the forum. May be wrong of course, but it 's definately not  been anywhere near as active as the old Terque Forum site was.

Yes I think you are right. Just wondered.

I guess you are on the Terque Buyers group then so will have seen a lot of my communications. Although now I have moved most communications to another group I set up to keep prying solicitors etc out of the loop the best I could.

Yep, I am on the Terque buyers group but as we were so far along the process of getting money returned did not feel it was appropriate to join your group action. We have now been to Court and the judgement has been made that we should have our outstanding amount + interest paid to us by Inroal. That was a while ago now and we are still waiting! The legal system has worked but as there is no respect for it - nothing happens after the judgement as you well know.

I am sure Inroal also scan forums to try to find out what is going on, I know they used to when it was Promociones 2005 (?) dealing with it!

Just looked and there have been 350 views of this thread - more than any of the other threads so you never know there may be someone out there who does not know about your group action! Might be worth starting a new thread to see if that kick starts a new response?
