The Thoughts Of Vicious Sid

In their day, Nostradamus was ridiculed, Darwin was poo-pooed and even Brian Clough had his critics but in these enlightened times, their thoughts are now seen in a different light and they are more and more respected. Well, Never Mind The Bollocks Here's The Thoughts Of Vicious Sid. He's a lover, not a fighter, unless it's about fighting for the bullied and oppressed and, in this day and age, that's the ordinary man and woman in the street. He will fight their corner until the end. He is the voice of reason, fair and just but will pull no punches when it comes to the dark underbelly of this evil world: things like lawyers, judges, politicians, perverts and Manchester United Football Club. Make yourself a cup of tea and pull up a chair, dear reader, and delve into the world of The Thoughts Of Vicious Sid. You never know, it may change your life forever. Together, we'll put this world to rights. All comments below are from the deep and meaningful mind of Vicious Sid himself and published and 'Liked' in major newspapers. If writing be the food of love, then read on . . .

Cameron snubs hero cops

DAVID Cameron snubbed hero cops yesterday — amid the fallout over the Gategate scandal. His no-show at a No10 event for Police Bravery Award winners came as MPs prepared to debate Tory Chief Whip Andrew Mitchell’s outburst at Downing Street cops. The PM went to Brussels for an EU summit where he met conservative politicians Tories are aligned with in the European Parliament. Before that he visited a building site in Victoria, central London.

Labour’s shadow policing minister David Hanson said: “It’s unbelievable that the PM couldn’t find time to pop into the awards.

“They are a recognition of the service our police do. We should all celebrate their achievements.”

Mr Cameron’s spokeswoman said: “The Prime Minister did send his apologies and recorded a message for the awards. If there wasn’t a compulsory European summit, he would have liked to be there.”

Home Secretary Theresa May did attend the regional awards for officers from eight forces. Among those she met was PC Alex Stypulkowski, the Hampshire winner.

He was stabbed in the back and neck with a screwdriver while trying to arrest a crazed man. Chairman of the Police Federation Paul McKeever said: “PC Stypulkowski fearlessly put his life on the line.”

vicious.sid: As I said in previous posts, politicians don't give a toss about this country - as is blatantly obvious - all they care about is where the next bit of filthy lucre is coming from. Politicians make me sick to the core.

A tRoo legend
THIS weekend marks the anniversary of Wayne Rooney's wonder strike which saw him become a tRoo legend. The Scouser made his mark as a 16-year-old by scoring a ‘boy wonder’ goal to help Everton defeat Arsenal at Goodison Park on October 20, 2002.
We relive the moment that had every fan on the edge of their seat hailing the new messiah of English football by hearing from some of the players involved that day.

vicious.sid: Isn't it amazing? Didn't he lift his shirt to show 'Forever Blue' written on his vest or something like that? How long is forever? One second of your life can make you a multi multi millionaire and have millions of blinkered people falling at your feet and worshipping you, no matter what you do from then on. And it was just about the way he kicked a ball! Never mind all the people who risk their lives every single day for strangers and get nothing. If he didn't score that goal, there's no way he would be being paid a million pounds a month now. His ego made him lose the plot years ago. He has scored one or two fancy goals since then but that's it. He has never made any difference for England ever, he can't even pass the ball 20 yards! Someone must have been looking down on him. Life's a funny old game, isn't it?

Branded by thug boyfriend’s ring
BRAVE Gemma Ford spoke out last night about the ex-lover who beat her so savagely her face was branded with the word DAD from a ring he wore. Gemma, 28, suffered a broken nose, severe bruising and two black eyes in a 30-minute attack by brutal Richard Mullen.
He tried to strangle her before beating her to a pulp. And when police arrested vile Mullen next day, they found an axe and a balaclava in his car.
The ring mark was visible for three weeks.
Mullen was jailed for 36 months in May — but after serving half his sentence he is back on the streets. Mum-of-four Gemma, of Skegness, Lincs, has decided to relive her ordeal as a warning to other women. She had ended the relationship over his flirting.
But that night as she lay in bed, Mullen, 37, took revenge.
Gemma said: “I remember his thumbs were pressing against my windpipe and he was saying, ‘You bitch, you’re not going to wake up in the morning’.
“Then he let go and started kicking and punching me. I remember his ring hitting me.
“He looked possessed and I was terrified.”
Mullen, of Spilsby, Lincs, admitted ABH and possessing a bladed article at Lincoln Crown Court. Gemma added: “His sentence was disgusting. He has an appalling record of domestic violence. I want women to know what he is capable of.”

vicious.sid: DAD??!!!! His kids will be SO proud of him. My wife used to witness her mum being beaten by her dad regularly and now he is a lonely old man without any love from anybody else. Everybody in the family hates him and will never have anything to do with him. He will die on his own because he is such a nasty person. Never mind, eh?

Schoolkids suspended for seeing teacher's topless snap
A RANDY schoolteacher accidentally sent photos of her naked breasts to her pupils — and the children were SUSPENDED for looking at them. The class had been playing with a school iPad during a lesson when the topless pictures popped up on the screen.
The teacher's iPhone is believed to have accidentally synched with the tablet device — and transferred all her naughty private snaps.
Four pupils playing a game on the iPad clicked on the folder and got a surprise peek.
Now THEY have been suspended and threatened with expulsion from Highland Middle School in Anderson, Indiana, US.
The punishment infuriated their parents who insist the teacher is to blame.
One of the suspended pupils, 13-year-old Joshua Troutt, told a local TV station an image of his teacher's bare chest appeared on screen unexpectedly when his classmate pressed a button.
He said: "The picture showed up of the teacher topless. It's not our fault that she had the photo on there.
"We couldn't do anything to not look at it, if it just popped up when he pressed the button.
"It was her fault that she had the photo on there. Her iPhone synched to it. She had to have pressed something to make all of her photos synch on there."
The school district said it has taken action against the teacher, but refused to specify what action, only that she is still a member of the school staff.

vicious.sid: I am so, so glad that iPads weren't invented in my day. Is there such a thing as a 'daymare' (like a nightmare but during the day)? I've just had one, imagining any of my female teachers doing the same! All I can say is that I'm glad teachers were more conservative back in the old days!!!!!

It costs a bomb
TALIBAN fighters are being forced to curb attacks using improvised explosive devices — after the cost of making them QUADRUPLED in the past year. Insurgents building lethal booby traps now pay up to £500 for the bombs — £375 more than in 2011, the deputy commander of the Nato mission revealed yesterday.
The price rise has seen a 30 per cent fall in IED attacks in areas where British troops are deployed in Afghanistan.
Lt Gen Adrian Bradshaw said the cost hike was due to equipment shortages. The seizure of lucrative narcotics and a poor poppy harvest also hit insurgents.
Speaking about Regional Command East, where coalition troops are on patrol, he said: “An IED that last year cost insurgents $200 will now cost between $600 and $800 to build. This is indicative of a shortage of material. In the Sangin area, insurgents are going after people whose family members accidentally detonate an IED.
“They are extracting forced apologies, flogging them and recovering the costs of the IEDs from that family.”

vicious.sid: I think I've seen it all now. The cost of inflation and raw materials has hit petrol, food, clothing and bomb-making! That's just about everything covered now. In fact, the IEDs are getting so expensive that when the families who make them accidentally detonate them, it costs them and arm and a leg!

Wyclef Jean poses in pants straddling bike to celebrate 43rd birthday
HIP hop star Wyclef Jean celebrates his 43rd birthday - by straddling a motorcycle in his pants covered in baby oil. The former Fugees frontman celebrated the milestone by posting the bonkers picture on Twitter.
He accompanied the ripped snap with the caption: “TODAY I AM 43 YEARS OLD! I look And feel 26! U cant keep ‡ good Man down! Keep ‡ smile when they want you to frown!”
His skimpy red and blue pants matched the colour of his Ducati motorcycle - a red, white and blue ride complete with American flag.

vicious.sid: Sorry, Wyclef, but that is one dodgy photo!!!!!!

Boy, 11, banned from Scouts because he doesn’t believe in God
AN 11-year-old boy has been banned from joining the Scouts — because he doesn’t believe in GOD. George Pratt has been attending his local Scout group for ten months and was over the moon when they invited him to invest in the group.
But the schoolboy was unable to swear allegiance to God and the Queen because he is an atheist.
As a result he has been banned from attending and his furious dad Nick, 45, has accused the Christian movement of being "intolerant".
Nick said: “Christianity is meant to be about being tolerant, forgiving and understanding.
“You are allowed to join if you are a Christian or a Muslim but you can’t not believe in God.
“This is regardless of the fact that you are sensitive, generous, kind and genuinely a good person.
“There are a lot of Christian organisations which do not exclude anybody. It just seems the Scouts in this area isn’t one of them.”

vicious.sid: Ridiculous! Times have changed, if you can change it to different religions, you can change it to atheism. Why not just change it to “On my honour, I promise that I will do my best, To do my duty to the Queen and to the good of my fellow man, To help other people, And to keep the Scout Law” or something? Just because you believe in a god doesn't mean you are a good person. Look at what's been going on with priests and terrorists for example. Everything religion touches, it spoils.

Roo tweet treat
WAYNE ROONEY went on Twitter last night to promise England fans that the players and the FA would cover the cost of their tickets. He tweeted: “The players’ @EFFCharity & @FA will cover ticket costs of every fan in the stadium 2nite. Thx 2 every1 of them 4 their amazing support.”
England skipper Steven Gerrard added: “We don’t take their support for granted.”
Fellow midfielder James Milner said: “It is a nice gesture that they will get their tickets paid for.
“Maybe they will all have better weather when they get to Brazil!”

vicious.sid: What about us poor mugs who watched the debacle on television? What about the mental anguish we suffered? What about those who put their foot through the television? I will be sitting by the letterbox waiting for my cheque.

Tough schoolboy’s gate escape
ONE of the country’s toughest schoolboys has told how he survived being crushed by a half-tonne metal gate. Ethan Kosak-Hine — who is in the GB taekwondo training squad — was closing the barrier on his drive when it fell on top of him.
Mum Maria rushed from their house to find him squashed under the 5ft x 12ft gate, which weighs the same as a car.
With her mother Sharon Kosak, 63, and partner, Paul, 41, she managed to lift it off Ethan and they pulled him to safety.
The 12-year-old’s left foot was “dangling” off with bone sticking out of the bottom of his leg.
Cool-headed former healthcare assistant Sharon stemmed the blood loss before air ambulance medics took Ethan to the Royal London Hospital where surgeons managed to reattach his foot. Now he’s vowed to be back in martial arts training.

vicious.sid: Isn't that a bit over the top? A half-tonne gate? They must be living in a war zone and it's to keep the tanks out! Very strange.
