My wife and I made a Will in Spain in 2008, in June 2015 we made a Will in England. I thought the last will would supersede all other wills. My wife passed away in July, 2015, and I am still waiting for it all to be resolved. It is now over three years. And the noteria will not except the new will. Please can you help me with problem.

Can we please have a simple explanation of what implications denouncing someone has on their Spanish life.

As a community we have recently denounced a couple and their tenant on our community who have tampered with the communities security cameras, used a bolt cutter to remove padlocks on community locked car spaces and moved a large heavy plant pot to block the entrance to the garage. All this is on cctv.

This is in retaliation for the community installing height restrictions on the garage entrances to prevent this couples transit van entering the community and them running their business from the community.

Compounding this they had serious community fee debts that they have now paid as they want to sell and we went legal on them.

We are in court denouncing the husband tomorrow and claiming a damages and repairs invoice, and on Saturday and Sunday nights the wife and her friend again caused a security alert, and potentially dangerous situation by moving the plant display. Again emergency call out invoices have been raised and we will be denouncing them as well this week.

The community has backed us to take a hard line with these people...and we will win.

2 questions, does denouncing them have any real implications and secondly, can we communicate via an email newsletter to all the other community owners informing them of this situation and distributing the cctv footage?

I look forward to hearing a legal response.

Thank you
